How to make a hoodie return to Hood and Doyle

(1)      Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return your hoodie to us.

Hood and Doyle have a ‘no-quibble’ 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us. This returns policy applies to customers irrespective of your geographical location.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

(2)          Am I entitled to a return?

 

You are entitled to return a product to us where:

 

(a)            we receive the returned hoodie within 30 days following the date of purchase of the hoodie;

 

(b)            the hoodie is returned as unworn, in the original packaging including the fabric dust bag, with all labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

 

(c)           when you return your item, please include a note with your name, order number and date of purchase. 

(3)           How do I make a hoodie return?

 

Get in touch by emailing us at customer@hoodanddoyle.co.uk and we shall give you details as to where to send your hoodie back to us. Let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under Hood and Doyle’s hoodie return policy. Please remember to send your hoodie back with proof of postage as Hood and Doyle cannot be held responsible for any hoodies returned that are lost in transit.

 

(5)      What refund will I receive?

 We will give you a refund for the full price of any hoodie properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy outlined above.

 

(6.) In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you return your full order to us within 7 days you will also be refunded the return postage charges.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We do not give exchange or credit notes.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we received your returned product.

 

(7)           What if I do not follow the returns process?

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

  • we will not refund or exchange the product;

  • we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount such as a re-delivery charge of the returned product; and if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
