How to exchange your Hood and Doyle hoodie

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges as long as the hoodie that you ordered is unworn and returned to us in a saleable condition. In order to start your exchange process, drop us a line at customer@hoodanddoyle.co.uk and we'll send you the returns address.

Any price difference will be notified at the time of exchange request, including whether the new hoodie that you choose costs less than your original purchase. 

When you get in touch please let us know:

  • You full name 

  • Your order number 

  • Date of order

  • Postcode of delivery address.

You need to contact us first to request your return

 

We shall send your exchange confirmation along with the returns address

Please package your hoodie up carefully and send it back to us in all of the original packaging, which includes the cotton dust bag. Please retain proof of postage. As soon as we have received your hoodie back we shall let you know and let you know when your replacement hoodie is on the way to you!
