Hoodie orders and delivery information for Hood and Doyle 

All of our products are hand finished in our design studio in Northamptonshire.

We are a family run business who source unique cowl neck hoodies, lightweight hoodies and organic cotton hoodies. We only purchase products which are ethically sourced and responsibly made. All of the manufacturers we purchase from adhere to international policies and our hoodies meet SEDEX and are WRAP accredited. All of the hoodies that Hood and Doyle procure are certified as being PETA approved Vegan hoodies too.

I've placed an order, what happens next? 

Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email that we have it and we shall get to work at creating your funky new hoodie. Please check your junk email folder for your email about your hoodie purchase.

How long will my order take to deliver? 

Once we have hand printed your hoodie, we make sure it passes our strict policy control. We shall dispatch your order within 2 working days and will email you at the email address you gave us to let you know that it is on its way. All of our hoodies are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class in the UK and are sent in packaging designed to fit through your letterbox if you are not in. How much does it cost to deliver my order?

Delivery is free within the UK. We use recycled or recyclable packaging to ensure minimal waste in the process.

International Delivery

International delivery is charged at £25 - please get in touch with us for more information hello@hoodanddoyle.co.uk

 

How can I cancel my order?

If you contact us before you have received your 'dispatch' email we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. 

If you would like to cancel your order after you have received your 'dispatch' email you will need to wait until you receive your order and return it to us

 

Returning Your Order

Returns are easy with Hood and Doyle. We offer a 30 day 'no quibble' returns policy, if your hoodie doesn’t fit as expected or you’ve just changed your mind, whatever your reason, as long as the item is unworn and has the original tags attached you may return it to us. Please send it back within the original packaging, including the fabric dust bag.
